RADC/ROSMAP iPSC Lines
Enabling Alzheimer’s disease research with well-characterized, data-linked cellular models.
The RADC/ROSMAP iPSC collection provides researchers with access to induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines derived from deeply phenotyped participants in the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center (RADC) Religious Orders Study and Memory and Aging Project (ROSMAP). This resource links cellular models to rich clinical, neuropathological, and longitudinal cohort data, supporting studies of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Over 100 iPSC lines are available, each accompanied by a certificate of analysis summarizing quality control performed. Key donor attributes - such as demographics, diagnosis, and relevant genetic information – are provided for each line. More extensive cohort-level data can be accessed through the RADC data portal, while clinical donor-specific data is available subject to a data use agreement: https://www.radc.rush.edu/
This collection provides a platform for studying patient-specific biology in Alzheimer’s disease. By linking RADC/ROSMAP iPSC lines with matched clinical and neuropathological data, it supports investigation of disease-relevant pathways and the identification and validation of molecular mechanisms across diverse patient populations.
ROSMAP iPSC lines are currently available by contacting repository@nyscf.org. Register your interest to be among the first to know when these lines go live in the JAX catalog.
