DROSHA but not DICER is Required for Human Haematopoietic Stem Cell Function

Using lentiviral shRNA constructs, they demonstrate that DROSHA, but not DICER, is required for the differentiation of human HSCs after engraftment into immunodeficient NSG-SGM3 mice.
