New Immune-humanized Models Support More Diverse Human Immune Cell Lineages

Humanized NOD scid gamma (NSG™) mice are an invaluable tool in the field of immuno-oncology. In this webinar, we will introduce two new enhanced NSG models developed at The Jackson Laboratory: NSG-SGM3-IL15 and NSG-FLT3. When engrafted with CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells, these new models support the development of more diverse human immune cell lineages. These new breakthrough platforms surpass the capabilities of other humanized strains for recapitulating the human immune system. We invite you to join this presentation as we discuss:
