NSG-FLT3-IL15: A More Comprehensive Immune Humanized Model for Natural Killer Cells

Preclinical models supporting critical human immune cell types, such as T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, have proven invaluable to immuno-oncology research. NK cells, in particular, are gaining interest as targets for cancer immunotherapies due to their promising efficacy and safety profiles. In this presentation, we introduce The Jackson Laboratory’s most comprehensive immune humanized mouse platform to date: NSG- FLT3-IL15.
