This MiniCourse is self-paced and takes 1 to 2 hours to complete. At the end of the MiniCourse, you will be able to understand how the Cre-lox system is applied to make different types of mouse models for research—including tissue specific knock-outs, general knock-outs and inducible knock-outs—or to turn on fluorescent reporter genes. You have the option to purchase a JAX digital badge credential and certificate.
